Machines, equipment, and individual components have to be suited to the production environments in which they function. A dry production environment requires different machine feet than a wet production environment, which is different from the machine feet used in a clean room environment.

Our research and dialogue with customers/partners all over the world have also identified bearing houses and castors as weak points in many production facilities. They’re difficult to clean. They’re potential cross-contaminators. And they break down due to wear and tear.

Our new bearing houses are fitted with a patented waterproof sealing that blocks out dirt and bacteria, allows 3 degrees of misalignment, and can be equipped with a high-performance ceramic bearing. This waterproof construction extends the lifetime of the bearing by up to 10 times compared to bearing houses currently on the market. The new hygienic castors are easy to clean from all angles due to a one-sided fork housing design and smooth and drainable surfaces.
